Product Returns

Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from CEOS Technologies within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • The product has not been damaged after delivery
  • Software products have not been activated or registered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built or specially ordered hardware
  • Software with broken seals or activated licenses
  • Services that have already been performed
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at online@ceos.co.za or call +27861 111 231 to initiate a return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging with all included items.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Important:

To avoid delays or rejection, always include an RMA number with your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error on our part.

 
 
Service Cancellations

Monthly Services

For services billed monthly, you may cancel at any time by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. After cancellation, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Contracts

For services on annual contracts, cancellation terms are detailed in your service agreement. Early termination may incur fees as outlined. For support or questions, please contact your account manager.

Project-Based Services

For project-based services, cancellation terms depend on the project stage and are outlined in your agreement. To discuss your options, please contact your project manager directly.

Refunds

Product Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll promptly notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Good to know: If you paid by credit card, please allow an extra 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, as processing times may vary depending on your credit card provider’s policies.

Service Refunds

Refund policies for services vary depending on the type of service:

  • Monthly Services: Refunds are generally not provided for partial months. When you cancel, service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Services: Partial refunds for unused periods may be available as specified in your service agreement.
  • Project-Based Services: Refunds depend on the project stage and deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.

Exchanges

To exchange a product due to a defect or damage, simply follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you’re requesting an exchange for the same item. If you’d like to exchange it for a different product instead, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you prefer.

Warranty Claims

While this Returns and Refund Policy supports your rights, it does not replace your statutory protections or any manufacturer warranties.
